Ellen Riojas Clark is UTSA professor emerita. Dr. Ellen Riojas Clark has been an integral part of the UTSA family since the university first opened its doors in 1973. The College of Education and Human Development established an endowed chair in her name to honor her long tenure and contributions to bicultural-bilingual studies at both the university and in academia.
