Born in 1911 and used as the David Crockett Elementary School until 1967. The building remained vacant until 1975. In 2013, MAUC Center was designated as a City of San Antonio Local Historic Landmark.
Historic buildings tell a story of time, place, and community values. Its positive Westside Community impact could not be lost! MAUC has created a new chapter by restoring it to its former glory and breathing life into this great historic building.
