MAUC developed, owns and operates three apartment communities located in San Antonio. The $60 million strategic investment resulted in 470 affordable housing units. Palacio Del Sol and Palacio Del Sol II, an affordable, luxurious master-planned community, are home to Seniors 62 and Better.

Stonehouse Apartments is a multi-family development that was financed through the use of state tax credits to benefit low- to moderate-income working families. The cornerstone of this program is to offer our residents a continuum of place-based supportive services, including ESL and/or GED classes, after-school project-based programs, Family Literacy programs, parenting classes, Financial Literacy, Health and Nutrition Information programs, to enable them to become successful, self-sufficient members of their communities.
